Guests consistently praise the spacious, clean, and comfy renovated rooms, such as room 1207, equipped with lots of amenities. The large pool area and lazy river are highlights for many, along with the beautiful views of the mountains in the distance; though some have mentioned the sea water being too shallow for swimming. The noise was quite bothersome. Constant lawn mowing occurred. i also found the food quality inconsistent (the pizza dough was often raw). service at the bars was slow. It sometimes took up to 45 minutes to receive a drink.

the lazy river was fun. the rooms were quiet , even with the music from the stage.

the cleaning services are not on top and this concerns both the room service and the main restaurant. the cleaner in the room would not put missing items such as lotion if we used all , and would not replace cups if for example we had coffee in the room.

The heated pool area met my needs perfectly. It was just right for a relaxing swim.

i'm really annoyed with how the hotel handled my request for a room change. the air conditioning wasn't working properly (it barely cooled the room), and despite my repeated complaints, it took them forever to move me. i ended up wasting a whole day dealing with it, unacceptable. then, the replacement room had a leaky shower, a complete disaster.

The garden area is beautifully maintained and in excellent condition. the all-inclusive package offered great value. i found the rooms very comfortable. The bed was especially cozy (i slept like a log). reham in guest relations provided excellent assistance.

The hotel's staffing levels seemed strained in certain areas. the barbecue section at dinner sometimes experienced delays due to the single chef managing orders. i noticed this issue at the pool bar as well. It meant longer wait times between drink orders.
